Shipping Policy

WanQi Archive sells fragile ceramic objects and packs each order with protection in mind.

1. Order handling
In-stock objects are prepared after payment confirmation. If extra inspection photos, scale photos or packing notes are needed, please contact us before purchase.

2. Fragile packing
Ceramics are wrapped with layered protective materials and boxed for fragile transport. Product pages may include item weight and packed weight when available.

3. Shipping fees and delivery time
Shipping options, carrier availability and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout when configured for the destination. For destinations not shown at checkout, please contact us before ordering.

4. Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties or import fees. These charges are usually collected by the destination country or carrier and are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Damaged parcels
If an item arrives damaged, keep the item, all packaging materials and the shipping label. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, the outer box, inner packaging and shipping label.

6. Custom and sourced orders
Custom objects and specially sourced pieces may require separate confirmation of production time, packing plan and cancellation terms before payment.
